Important exclusions
The maintenance service does not include specialist or regulated works unless carried out by a qualified contractor. Electrical works, plumbing, lift maintenance, pool technical maintenance, structural repairs, roofing works, fire safety certification, pest control treatment and major repairs are quoted separately and require prior approval.
Materials, parts, specialist contractor fees, utility bills and emergency call-outs are not included unless expressly agreed.
